    Абстракт

    В условиях макроэкономической нестабильности, спровоцированной, в первую очередь, санкциями и пандемией, особое внимание привлекают ситуация, складывающаяся в сфере занятости и политика ее регулирующая. С одной стороны, реально складывающиеся отношения в сфере занятости населения должны учитываться эффективной политикой занятости, с другой - политика занятости, безусловно, влияет на отношения занятости. Отсюда, актуальность рассмотрения теоретических аспектов их взаимообусловленности и взаимодействия.

    Abstract

    In the context of macroeconomic instability, provoked primarily by sanctions and the pandemic, the situation in the field of employment and the policy that regulates it attracts special attention. On the one hand, the really emerging relations in the field of employment should be taken into account by an effective employment policy, on the other hand, employment policy, of course, affects employment relations. Hence, the relevance of considering the theoretical aspects of their interdependence and interaction.
