    Абстракт

    В статье аргументирована необходимость введения курсов по здоровью, безопасности и защите позвоночника во время поднятия тяжестей в учебный процесс ВУЗов, которые направлены на занятие физической культурой и спортом, подготовку человека к жизни, закаливанию тела и укреплению здоровья, содействию его гармоничному физическому развитию, воспитание необходимых черт личности, моральных и физических качеств, которые необходимы в профессиональной трудовой деятельности.

    Abstract

    The article argues the need to introduce courses on health, safety and protection of the spine during weight lifting in the educational process of universities that are aimed at engaging in physical culture and sports, preparing a person for life, tempering and strengthening health, promoting his harmonious physical development, nurturing the necessary traits personality, moral and physical qualities that are necessary in professional work.
