    Абстракт

    Исследовано действие препарата Эпин-экстра (действующее вещество - 24-эпибрассинолид) на физиолого-биохимические показатели прорастающих семян и рост проростков Zea mays L. на фоне возрастающих концентраций сульфата меди (II). Выявлено стимулирующий эффект действия синтетического регулятора роста на посевные качества семян кукурузы, ростовые показатели проростков на фоне токсического действия высоких концентраций сульфата меди.

    Abstract

    The effect of the Epin-extra preparation (active substance - 24-epibrassinolide) on the physiological and biochemical parameters of germinating seeds and the growth of Zea mays L. sprouts against the background of increasing concentrations of copper (II) sulfate was studied. The stimulating effect of the action of the synthetic growth regulator on the sowing qualities of maize seeds, growth indices of seedlings against the background of the toxic effect of high concentrations of copper (II) sulphate was revealed.
