    Абстракт

    Рассматриваются причины, затрудняющие процесс интернационализации российского высшего образования. Для повышения мобильности российских студентов и преподавателей в международном образовательном пространстве предлагается внедрить новые подходы к преподаванию иностранных языков. На институциональном уровне: унифицировать требования к уровню владения языком, разработать общенациональные учебники для вузов. На индивидуальном уровне: сфокусироваться на навыках адекватного межкультурного взаимодействия и автономности в обработке больших объемов информации.

    New approaches to foreign languages teaching in the context of the internationalisation of Russian higher education

    Abstract

    Reasons for complicating the process of the internationalisation of Russian higher education are considered. New approaches to upgrade Russian students and lecturers mobility in the international educational dimension are suggested. At the insitutional level unification of the language competence requirements and new national textbooks are proposed. At the individual language instructor’s level it is suggested to focus on cross-cultural interaction skills and autonomy in information proccessing.
