    Абстракт

    В статье представлены данные тестирования воды рек города Стерлитамака Республики Башкортостан на генотоксичность. В качестве биологической тест-системы был использован лук репчатый Allium cepa. Оценены митотическая активность и частоты хромосомных аберраций в корневой меристеме тест-объекта.

    Abstract

    The article presents data testing the waters of the rivers of the city of Sterlitamak in the Republic of Bashkortostan on genotoxicity. As a biological test-system was used onion Allium cepa . Evaluated mitotic activity and frequency of chromosomal aberrations in the root meristem of the test object.
