    Абстракт

    Криминалистическая характеристика должностных преступлений с содержанием ее основных элементов позволяет выявлять, раскрывать и расследовать должностные преступления в их системном видении, когда одни элементы могут указать на необходимость и пути получения других элементов или доказательств. Это позволяет создать определенный алгоритм расследования, но с учетом открытости системы для использования в различных следственных ситуациях.

    Abstract

    Forensic characteristics of malfeasances with the content of its basic elements allows identifying, detecting and investigating malfeasances in their systematic vision of the system, where some elements may indicate the need and ways to obtain other elements and evidence. This allows creating a specific investigation algorithm, taking into account the openness of the system to be used in various investigative situations.
