    Абстракт

    В статье обоснована необходимость регулярных занятий физкультурой и спортом, которые направлены на адаптацию студентов младших курсов, а также на ведении активного образа жизни в целом у обучающихся в ВУЗах. Закаливание, спорт, а также соблюдение правил личной гигиены - рассмотрены в статье как основные методы профилактики различных респираторных заболеваний. Крепкое здоровье способствует успешной работе в любой сфере деятельности студентов и дальнейшему развитию в профессиональной сфере.

    Abstract

    The article substantiates the need for regular physical education and sports, which are aimed at the adaptation of undergraduate students, as well as the vision of an active lifestyle in general among students in universities. Hardening, sports, and personal hygiene are considered in the article as the main methods of preventing various respiratory diseases. Good health contributes to successful work in any field of activity of students and further development in the professional field.
