    Абстракт

    По истечению определенного срока, в течении которого виновное лицо не было привлечено к уголовной ответственности, снижается необходимость применения наказания, и возникает обязанность освободить лицо от ответственности в связи с истечением сроков давности.

    Abstract

    After a certain period of time, during which the perpetrator was not prosecuted, dropping the need for punishment, and an obligation to release the person from liability in connection with the expiration of the Statute of limitations.
