Abstract


The aim of the work is to build a methodology for solving inverse problems of medical insurance based on mathematical models of Markov processes. Actuarial analysis of the mathematical model of medical insurance for tuberculosis was carried out. The developed mathematical model is used with the help of real data on tuberculosis disease in the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan. This study provides real mechanisms for health insurance professionals to calculate insurance rates.
