Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of psychological peculiarities of the criminal identity based on the cases of deliberate destruction or damage of other people’s property by arson, motivation of criminal behavior. There is revealed an importance of using the information about the identity of a typical arsonist in investigating the arson.
