    Abstract

    The modern political science pays close scientific attention to ethnopolitical conflicts and ways of their permission and settlement. The factors caused by the material economic, political, social reasons of uneven distribution of a share of the public benefits between social groups of the region are the cornerstone of any regional conflict. Application of model of stream communication limited by a region’s location as projections to virtual space, allows both carry out the deep analysis of a situation, and to operate development of the conflict-consensus situation in the region.
