    Abstract

    The article investigates the investment potential of the income and savings of the Russian population. The authors attempt to assess the involvement of the population’s savings in the investment process. The reasons for the low involvement of savings in the investment process. The measures for the most effective management of the investment potential of the population’s savings. This problem little studied by Russian scientists and requires further research.
