Abstract

This review is devoted to the description of a little-known plant from the family of Cucurbitaceae - Thladiantha dubia. The review presents a botanical description and information on the features of biology, habitat and possible practical application of T. dubia . The review presents a botanical description and information on the features of biology, the distribution range and possible practical application of T. dubia. There is a tendency of spreading the T. dubia in Europe and Russia, not only in culture, but also in natural ecosystems. T. dubia can be used as a decorative culture, as well as for food and medicinal purposes.
