    Abstract

    A study of the phraseology of languages of different structures (Russian and Bashkir) leads to the conclusion that idioms are semantic component of “person” are universal and are present in both the languages. Phraseological units in figurative form to Express knowledge about external and internal nature of man, his psychic properties. The article points out, along with a divergence similar phenomena in semantics, the form and functioning of phraseological units, the prevalence in quantitative terms of the items of negative emotions.
